Our client wanted to replace an old, inefficient wood burner in their large inglenook fireplace. They love their choice of the Stuv 16 which we installed with a new flue system and can’t believe how much more heat and efficiency they are now achieving.

This Charnwood Arc 5 on a logstore is one of our most popular stoves. This one is in their pewter grey colour and we installed it on a simple slate hearth with an external twin wall chimney system. The customer then added the split face tiles behind the stove to finish the look.

The second stove our client wanted in their stunning barn conversion. For the kitchen area they choose the amazingly efficient and clean burning Arc 7 from Charnwood Stoves in their popular gun metal grey colour. A simple installation with a curved slate hearth and colour-matched twin wall pipework off the top of the stove. We think it looks great with the colours they have used in the kitchen.

Our client wanted to replace their old, inefficient wood burner in the large open plan living area in their beautiful barn conversion. With high, vaulted ceilings they decided to go for the classic look of the Clearview 650 which at 12kW easily heats the area even on the coldest days.

This huge fireplace was installed into a large country house where we had already supplied 8 stoves. The client engaged us prior to ground being broken on their large orangery-style extension to the dining room. With a large seating area in the new space they wanted a fire to be visible from both sides and large enough to be not just a feature but to separate the spaces. We explored a number of options before this incredible Stuv 125 tunnel wood fire was chosen with its rusted steel framework made from oxidised then stabilised steel. These frames can be bespoke in colour and save not only a great deal of extra building work but also integrate all the air inlets. We feel for these large, open plan spaces the Stuv range offers a real wow factor.

Our customer wanted a feature fireplace between their windows in this lovely project in Sutton Coldfield. Having a Rais 700 inset in another part of the house they asked us to design a fireplace using Portland stone as a frame and incorporating a built-in logstore. They were over-the-moon with the end result.

Our customer wanted a contemporary, double-sided wood burning fire within their new extension. Working with our designer, they looked at options from Stuv and Rais before finally settling on the clean lines of the DSA 12 by Danish manufacturer Scan. We also incorporated vents and a log store within the fireplace.

This was a project that involved a staged installation to co-ordinate with the rest of the build. The final result was again a stunning centrepiece and achieved the brief of using the fire to create two distinct living areas within one space.

If you like this look but would prefer gas rather than wood as a fuel then get in touch as we have a number of gas options.

Our customer required a high quality window system for their large detached house in Little Aston. Wanting a change from the white UPVC windows they settled on an Residence 9 flush sash window system, externally in Irish Oak with leaded glass and internally in Grained White with pear drop chrome hardware. Two sets of French Doors finished the project nicely.

A really good choice by our client, transforming the look of their beautiful property along with great work by our designer and installation team.

Our customer required a high quality window system for their period townhouse in the heart of Sutton Coldfield. Deciding they wanted a timber-alternative, flush sash window they looked at both Evolution Windows and The Residence Collection finally deciding on Residence 9 in Clotted Cream colour with the addition of Georgian bars to authentically replicate how the windows should look in a property of this type. All this plus the benefit of superior thermal, acoustic, strength and security performance.

A fantastic job to work on, it was great to see the transformation beautiful windows can make to a period property.

Our customer wanted a real centrepiece fireplace for their new party / games room. After considering a number of options they opted for the The Marvik, which is part of the unique Panoramic fireplace collection by Italian stovemakers Piazzetta. Offering an unobstructed 360 ° view of the fire, the large glass panes and beautiful hand finished majolica cladding perfectly complement the modern open plan living space. The two semi-circular glass panes are electronically operated to facilitate refuelling.

This was a project that involved a staged installation to co-ordinate with the rest of the build. The final result was again a stunning centrepiece.
