Delivery
Unless indicated all Ebben & Yorke are ready for despatch within 7 working days of your order.
Stoves are delivered to you boxed up on a pallet.
Delivery time can be anytime between 9 and 5 , unless otherwise agreed.
An adult has to be in to take delivery, otherwise the delivery cannot take place. Having unloaded, the driver will require a signature acknowledging receipt of the goods in good condition. Once the drivers docket has been signed and he leaves, it will be very difficult to make any kind of claim for damage to the stove. Therefore please always inspect items before accepting or signing the delivery note.
Whilst every effort is made by Ebben & Yorke and the carriers we use to deliver on the due day and within the normal time frame, no guarantees are given by Ebben & Yorke, and no compensation is payable in the event that the delivery is delayed. Therefore we recommend you do not schedule installation contractors for the same day that the delivery is due. Please see our terms & conditions for any further details on delivery.
